Ms Shravya Srivastava is a Qualified Company Secretary with experience in handling
corporate secretarial, compliance and governance functions. She has worked with both a
Practising Company Secretary firm and in a corporate setup at Tata 1MG, gaining exposure to
Companies Act compliances, Board and General Meeting matters, annual filings, ROC
compliances, LLP compliances, legal drafting and maintenance of statutory records. She has
